About Me:

Hi I’m Mallory! A performer, artist, and sandwich lover from Long Island, New York. Nice to meet you!

I have been painting, doing crafts, and creating all sorts of art for as long as I can remember. At my preschool graduation I said I wanted to be an artist when I grew up, I studied figure drawing at a local college during high school, and painted in the scene shop in college. As for performing… I did a community theater show in 6th grade and you could NOT get me to even speak. Then I was bit by the community theater bug HARD in the 8th grade and never went back. I did over 60 shows in the span of 5 years and I’m so grateful for the experience I gained onstage and off. I was almost never cast as the ingenue… or even a girl. I’ve been in Seussical four times and always played a male role! This frustrated teen me, but I loved getting to express myself in so many fun and gender-fluid ways. I’ve always made the audience laugh with a bit which was all I cared about anyway.

I received my BFA in Musical Theater from the State University of New York at Cortland, where I also had a minor in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. I studied for a semester at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting during college and it changed my life. The sense of security, freedom, and calm I found there changed my mental-health, performance, and art for the better and I am oh so thankful!

Currently, I am living at home, building my website, and working on an independent horror movie. For the rest of 2025, my focus is to expand my portfolio and write some work to produce/direct soon! When I’m not working, I adore being with my friends, a night at the diner, and rock music.

I hope to write a sitcom and own a cat in the future. :)

Mallory in a birthday crown. She is holding a birthday cupcake and has just blown out the candle. She almost looks perplexed.
Another zombie makeup photo. This one is less dynamic, showcasing the roller in her bangs and her glamorous eye makeup.

My main “work in progress” has been building this website, so I’m really looking forward to you exploring around! Getting to reflect on my work has been incredibly rewarding. As for the future of this website, I’ve been cooking up a shop! More to come on that very soon.

Currently, I am working as an actor, as well as a costumer and special effects artist for an independent feature-length horror film. Since it’s still quite early in our process we’re sourcing our materials, finalizing scripts, and learning lots. This movie has so much potential so I am eager to see what comes of this process. This will be our Teams’ second film, but the first feature-length, so lots of work ahead, but we’re very inspired and passionate so I know good things will come with this one.

I am also starting on my first children’s book! This is a project I’ve had on my mind for a while, and I plan on writing and illustrating it myself. Designing original characters is definitely a newer challenge for me, but it is so much fun to play with different style. Recently, I have been loving fashion/costume design so much, the potential whimsy I can bring to these worlds excites me!

I have so many plans for the future, and so many projects cookin’ in my brain that I can’t wait to share! If you’re interested in updates on my art, be sure to sign up for my email list down below.  I plan on growing my blog and YouTube channel this year, so if you enjoy my personality and content, be sure to stay tuned for all that excitement!

I’m so very thankful your support of me and the arts on this fun journey! :)
